Effective Date: June 1, 2026

By enrolling in any program at The Piano Club, LLC, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing registration.

1. Enrollment & Registration Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee and signed agreement. Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition must be paid in full or according to the selected payment plan prior to or at the start of classes.

2. Tuition & Fees Tuition rates are listed at the time of enrollment. A registration fee applies to all programs. Material fees vary by program and age group. A $25 late fee will be assessed for monthly payments received after the 5th of each month.

3. Payment Plans Payment plan options are available for select programs. Processing fees apply to installment payments. Enrollment in a payment plan does not reduce total tuition owed.

4. Attendance & Tardiness Classes begin and end as scheduled. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early, especially for the first class. Students who arrive late may miss instructional content; lessons will not be extended.

5. Absence & Makeup Policy

A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required for all absences.

No credit or refund is issued for absences.

One makeup class is available per month and must be used within 30 days of the absence.

Optional paid makeup sessions are available at $40 for 30 minutes of individual instruction.

Non-emergency cancellations, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows do not qualify for makeup classes.

If a class is canceled by The Piano Club due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or emergency, it will be rescheduled or a makeup option will be provided.

6. Withdrawals & Refunds Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the Music Director. Refunds are issued based on the date the written request is received:

After the 1st class: 75% refund

After the 2nd class: 30% refund

After the 3rd class: 15% refund

After the 4th class: no refund

Students on a payment plan remain responsible for all scheduled installments until the account balance is resolved minus any applicable refund.

7. Practice Requirements Students are encouraged to practice daily for best results. A piano with 88 weighted keys is strongly recommended for home practice. The Piano Club offers supervised practice sessions inside the Piano Lab; reservations are required and sessions are limited to 30-minute slots.

8. Photography & Media Release By enrolling, you grant The Piano Club permission to photograph or record students during classes, recitals, and studio events for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.

9. Liability Release I give my consent for my child or myself to participate in The Piano Club's programs. I hereby release and discharge The Piano Club, LLC and its staff and instructors from all claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from participation in any class, event, or activity.

10. Code of Conduct The Piano Club is a welcoming, respectful community. Students and families are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with kindness and respect. The Piano Club reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.
